Every situation has a story. Before we talk about what to do, I want to hear yours—what brought you here, what concerns you, and what you hope to accomplish.
I ask a lot of questions. I listen carefully, explain what I’m thinking, and make room for your questions, too. You don’t need to arrive with everything sorted out or even know exactly what you need. Figuring that out is part of what we’ll do together.
Over the years, I’ve tried cases, worked through transactions, and helped build and run a restaurant. Those experiences have taught me to consider both the legal questions and the everyday realities of making a decision. A plan needs to make sense on paper and work in real life.
That includes being straightforward about what the work will involve, what it may cost, and what makes sense for your circumstances. Clear expectations help us build a good working relationship and put our efforts where they can do the most good.
Sometimes that means addressing a problem. Sometimes it means thinking ahead so a problem never develops. Whatever brings you here, we’ll start with a conversation and work toward a practical way forward.
